2. Services Palmetto Beauty and Balance offers medical aesthetic and wellness services including but not limited to injectables, laser treatments, facials, weight loss programs, and hormone therapy. All services are performed by or under the supervision of licensed medical professionals.

Services are for clients 18 years of age or older unless otherwise specified (e.g. Kids Facial)
Results may vary from person to person
All medical aesthetic treatments carry inherent risks that will be discussed during your consultation

3. Appointment Booking — Boulevard Palmetto Beauty and Balance uses Boulevard as our official client booking and management platform. By booking an appointment through Boulevard you agree to the following:

Accurate and complete information must be provided at the time of booking
A valid credit card or booking deposit may be required to secure your appointment
You will receive automated appointment confirmations and reminders through Boulevard via email and/or text message
Your appointment history, treatment records, and intake forms will be securely stored within Boulevard
Boulevard's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply to your use of the booking platform and can be found at joinblvd.com

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your booking deposit
Repeated no-shows may result in being required to prepay for future services
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion
