Palmetto Beauty and Balance started because I couldn't stop thinking about it.
As a Nurse Practitioner, I spent over 20 years watching what happens when people feel good in their own skin, the way they carry themselves differently, they have more confidence that shows. I became obsessed with the intersection of medicine and aesthetics, and eventually I knew I had to build something of my own.
So I did.
Palmetto Beauty and Balance has grown into something I am incredibly proud of, a space where you can come in, be yourself, and leave feeling like the most confident version of you. We are not stuffy or intimidating here. We laugh, we celebrate you, and help you feel your absolute best.
Our team brings together real expertise with a genuine love for what we do, and that combination makes all the difference. Every treatment plan is personal because every person who walks through our doors is different. Meet Arabella.
Arabella is a Licensed Esthetician and proud graduate of VSKI Cosmetology School, where she built a deep foundation in skincare, skin health, and the art of making people feel amazing in their own skin. She has a passion for all things aesthetics. She genuinely gets excited over ingredients, treatments, and finding the perfect approach for every person that walks through the door.
Arabella is currently in undergrad with her sights set on Dermatology, because understanding skin on the deepest level is her calling. She brings that same passion to every client she serves at Palmetto Beauty and Balance.
Whether you are coming in for a relaxing facial or tackling a stubborn skin concern, Arabella will meet you exactly where you are and and take you exactly where you want to go.
Meet Allison.
With almost two decades of experience in healthcare, Allison has seen firsthand how much the way we feel about ourselves impacts our overall health and wellbeing. That connection between confidence and health is what drew her to medical aesthetics.
Allison lights up talking about laser treatments, microneedling, and medical grade skincare. She loves digging into the science behind what actually works and helping clients figure out the best path forward for their skin, their body, and their goals.
Outside of work you will find her somewhere in nature, planning her next trip, or making memories with her family. Taking care of people is just in her DNA, and lucky for us, she brings all of that energy here every single day!

After nearly two decades of serving the Charleston community, George knows a thing or two about showing up for the people who count on you, and that is exactly what he does here.
When Angelina built Palmetto Beauty and Balance, George was right there beside her, not just as her husband but as her biggest supporter and the backbone of everything that happens behind the scenes.
From operations to logistics to making sure the team has everything they need to do what they do best, George is the reason things just work around here. He traded in his firefighter gear for a different kind of role but the same mission, taking care of people and showing up for his team every single day.
